This is a wine that makes a perfect aperitif, and happily accompanies creamy chicken and fish dishes. In 1900, the winery had an extraordinary aging capacity of 80,000 bottles, which was most unusual at the time, as most wineries were selling their wines as soon as possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta and Mazuelo grapes for the Crianza were carefully hand harvested, destalked, and short macerated, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at between 26 and 28oC to retain varietal aromas.
