Dorset Oysters was born when Pete Miles, owner of Storm restaurant in Poole, cook and fisherman, couldn't source local oysters for his own restaurant - a perplexing problem considering the area has some of the biggest oyster beds in the country. However, you don’t have to be a top chef to experience the best; anyone can order small or large quantities of oysters and shellfish, and they will deliver straight to your door

Last Course Patisserie is a small patisserie based in Devon, specialising in the manufacture of high quality desserts for the catering trade. All their products are hand made to order in their patisserie’s purpose built kitchens, then delivered fresh to your establishment. They only use the finest ingredients available to us and add no artificial additives whatsoever.
With head chef, Philip, born and living in Switzerland for a number of years, they fully understand the meaning of the words quality and good value. They therefore pride themselves in offering a very comprehensive menu, which they feel sure you will find unbeatable value for money.
