Chateau Cavalier is to be found at the very heart of Provence wine country, in the foothills of the Massif des Maures. The estate comprises 132 hectares of vineyards surrounded by woodlands, through the heart of which runs a stream from which the estate takes it's name and which contributes to the natural irrigation of the vines.

Certified Terra Vitis since 2012, Chateau Cavalier is committed to sustainable development and has recently implemented 'Eco-grazing' to help combat the natural challenges of soil preparation. Working closely with a local shepherd, two herds of sheep pass through the vineyards en route to the Southern Alps, grazing the grass as close to the ground as possible.

The grapes are harvested at night, with the vines safely veiled under a delicate layer of mist, and the wines are then fermented using natural yeasts.
