Restaurant Wine List Printing
We provide a full in-house printing service for those restaurant and hotel customers who would like their wine list printed..
Sale or Return
We can supply wines on a sale or return basis. Wines supplied on a sale or return basis will be invoiced in full at time of despatch and a credit note fo returned wines will be issued only on receipt of wines into our cellars and not before.
We hold specific tastings for the trade throughout the year. Please see our Events Box on the Home page of our website or contact your sales person for details.
We offer a weekly phonecall service to ask if you would like to place an order. This means that not only do you receive your wine on your specific delivery day, but that we can offer help and advice on a weekly basis if required.
SO THAT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS CAN FULLY BENEFIT FROM OUR DELIVERY SERVICE,
PLEASE WOULD YOU NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
REGULAR WEEKLY DELIVERIES: We operate regular weekly deliveries within the South West. Please check with your sales person with regard to specific delivery days. Wherever possible, throughout the West of England, we deliver using our own vans. In certain instances, we reserve the right to deliver by carrier within our own delivery area and we will notify this to our customers in advance.
DEADLINE FOR ORDERS: Please note your delivery day and the deadline for receiving your order. Please could you ensure that your order reaches us no later than 12.00p.m. on your order day, as orders received later than this cannot be guaranteed for delivery on the following day. If you are on our regular ring-round service, we will assume that you do not require a delivery if we have not heard from you prior to 1.00pm.
ALTERATIONS TO DELIVERY SCHEDULES: Alterations to our delivery schedules are rare but, in the case of Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter, delivery time-tabling does change. We will always notify you of this in advance.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES AND CLAIMS: We would ask all our customers to remember to sign the delivery note on receipt of the goods. Claims for short or non-delivery cannot be entertained without a properly signed delivery note by somebody who has the authority to sign. Please print your name clearly on the delivery note as well.
DELIVERIES CARRIED OUT WHEN CUSTOMER IS CLOSED: In the unlikely event of a delivery being carried out when the establishment is closed and the delivery is postponed, we reserve the right to levy a carriage charge for re-delivery. We will leave the goods at a customer’s premises, when this has been agreed in advance, only on the understanding that the customer takes full responsibility for the goods as they have been delivered to the premises.
