Description

The Swanaford double Gold award-winning* Classic Cuvee is an outstanding example of its kind. Made from the classic Champagne varieties – 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier this single-vintage sparkler is delicate and perfectly balanced with delightful orchard apple and patisserie notes. A delicious aperitif.

Food match- Great paired with shellfish, seafood, poultry, pork, strong cheeses, chicken and smoked salmon.

Swanaford Estate is a small, family-run vineyard producing award-winning sparkling and still wines from grapes grown on south-east-facing slopes on Dartmoor, Devon. The 10-acre vineyard, located six miles to the south west of Exeter, is planted with Champagne clones of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier as well as a block of Bacchus, Siegerrebbe and Schonberger.
