Sambuca, Tosolini

A crystal clear spirit with a pungent star anise aroma and underlying herbal notes. On the palate it is clear and fresh with fennel notes and star anise flavours to the fore. The finish is long and lingering. This is a wonderfully pure spirit made by one of best Italian producers.

Flavoured with, but also infused with aniseed to give a really elegant and punchy spirit.
