Description

ORGANIC (2023 - 10.5% abv)

Grape varieties : Gamay and Grolleau.

Colour : Pretty salmon pink color with garnet reflections.
Nose : Very expressive with notes of flowers and fruits. We find aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) and black fruits (blackberry, blueberry).
Palate : A suave attack and a beautiful aromatic richness. A touch of acidity can be distinguished with a finish of caramel aromas. A balanced and harmonious wine.

Recommendations : Perfectly accompanies mixed salads, grilled white meats, poultry and fish.

Vinification : Organic farming.
100% of the grapes are destemmed, followed by a few hours of maceration in the press.
Vinification at 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
Soil : Clayey-siliceous slope, magnificent south, south-west exposure.
