Made from Arinto and Fernao Pires grapes grown on the estate, this is pale green in colour with an intense nose of floral and citrus elements and also white fruit. Full on the palate with good body and fruit echoing the nose with a fine crisp persisitent finish. (13% abv 2020)
Established in 1979 Quinta do Casal Monteiro produces limited editions of high quality vintages made exclusively from estate-grown grapes. The Estate Vineyard is planted in prime quality alluvial sandy clay soil overlooking the Tagus river. (Tejo in Portuguese)
