Fino Sherry , Delgado Zuleta

The Fino is a dry, straw-coloured wine with a clean and faintly nutty aroma and a fresh, dry taste. Fino comes from Jerez and, similar to Manzanilla, is prevented from oxidising by the layer of 'flor', a benign yeast growth, which protects the wine as it ages. (16.5% abv)
