Mount Vernon Sauvignon Blanc - classic Marlborough Sauvignon packed with gooseberry and tropical fruit. 

Stablemate Chardonnay - lush and vibrant South African white, lush and peachy.

'Trebi' Trebbiano d'Abruzzo - charming and aromatic Italian white - a refreshing change from Pinot Grigio. 

Saint-Peyre Viognier - alluringly exotic, supple and peachy white from the South of France

Lopez de Haro Rioja Blanco - the perfect foil for tricky-to-match dishes, hyper-fresh white Rioja with a lovely silky texture.

Domaine des Cassagnoles Gros Manseng - a firm CPW favourite, this Cotes de Gascogne sings with zippy zesty grapefruit and citrus fruit.
