A superb dry white from 100% Viognier, ebullient and powerful but in a very unobtrusive way. This wine carries its flavour through, of apricots with pineapple and slightly honeyed , floral character with persistence. Heaven with fish in a white wine sauce or with a shellfish reduction. Lovely now but will age well for another 2 or 3 years. (2017 - 13.5% abv)
