A fresh and lively white that's full of zesty fruit.

Conca de Barbera is situated west of Penedes and north of Tarragona and is very much a high altitude, cool climate region (average height of vine plantings being 400 metres) producing some excellent whites and one or two very exciting reds.

The Castillo de Montblanc winery is owned by Concavins and, since its creation in 1988, has been making a delicious, cold-fermented Macabeo/Chardonnay which has been left on its lees for a couple of extra months to impart extra complexity to an already fresh, clean and zesty dry white with a backdrop of mouth-tingling citrus and peach fruit flavours.
