Scotto Family Vineyards Old Vine Zinfandel 2017

This wine is drinking beautifully, with initial flavours of rich, ripe plums and dark chocolate, followed by vanilla and spice. The racy nose has black cherry and pepper with a hint of herbs.

This medium bodied, well balanced wine pairs well with red meats and game, roasted or from the grill, as well as spicy sandwiches. The acidity cuts through heavier, fattier foods including hearty stews and roast duck. 13.5% abv. 2017 ?ÿ
