When fruit is this good, so pure and fresh, so expressive and direct, why hinder it with oak, especially cheap, quick fix oak? Atamisque is one of a growing number of wineries that prefers to use oak only for upper-level wines, opting for the ‘pure fruit’ ethos here. This, however, is not a lesser wine in any respect, as can be seen from its popularity.

Intense red with purple hues. On the nose, notes of violet with delicate red fruits leading to an unctuous palated of intense, delicious pure fruits.

Grown at 4,300ft above sea level.
Fermented in stainles steel (no oak)
