3eme Cru Classé (Ludon) Haut-Médoc

A really first-rate La Lagune with wonderful poise and purity of fruit. The nose exudes a spicy red cherry base with a touch of new oak. Tannin levels are good with an evident ripeness. There is an overall seductive power that makes this one of the finest Lagunes for many a year.

La Lagune for many years has basked in the love of amateurs and professionals. Jean-Francois Moueix, owner of the Duclos establishment, Bordeaux traders since 1886, confirms that Chateau La Lagune is now considered a second Grand Cru.
