CPW Supports St Margaret's Hospice Care Through 2023

Christopher Piper Wines has chosen to support and raise funds for St Margaret's Hospice Care through 2023. 

St Margaret’s Hospice Care has been at the heart of the community for more than 40 years, providing compassionate and specialist care for local people in their final days, weeks and months. They all know that once someone has received an end of life diagnosis, no-one can change the end of that story. But through hospice care, what they can do that is positive and practical is something that no acute clinical setting can: They can take the time to get to know our patients and their loved ones; they can take the time to listen to them and hear what’s important to them as they approach the end of their life. And they can take the time to care – tailoring the support they provide to help patients live as well as they can for as long as possible. They can do this because they have a higher ratio of staff to patients than any other healthcare setting. That’s thanks to the support of local businesses and our community – every time an individual, group, school or local business chooses to support the hospice, it directly impacts on the lives of people who are facing a life shortening illness.

Our 'Atlantic Meets the Med' Charity Case (arriving on the website next week) will include a £10 donation to St Margaret's and of course Free Delivery (Mainland GB).
