This vibrant cool-climate Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in Casas del Bosque's Las Dichas vineyard at the coolest, westernmost reaches of the Casablanca Valley. It sees only minimal oak contact, allowing the bright concentrated fruit to take a starring role.
Pale yellow with green hues in colour with a complex and expressive nose of tropical and citrus fruit complemented by sweeter notes of spice and vanilla. The palate is rich and satisfying with excellent acidity, making this a great wine for matching with a variety of full flavoured dishes.

Casas del Bosque
The Cuneo family, (originally from Italy), founded Casas del Bosque in 1993 in the Casablanca Valley, 70 kilometres from Santiago, the capital of Chile, and 40 kilometres from the port of Valparaiso (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The large and ancient forests of pine and olive trees, and small white adobe houses, gave rise to the name "Casas del Bosque", meaning “forest houses”.
Today the estate covers 153,64 hectares of vineyard in the Casablanca Valley, dedicated exclusively to the production of cool climate varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Syrah, with a focus on sustainable viticulture. Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere come from carefully managed vineyards in Maipo, Colchagua and Cachapoal.
Chief Winemaker Alberto Guolo is originally from Monselice, Italy. After graduating from the University of Padua, he continued his studies of viticulture and vinification, working in wineries in Italy, New Zealand and California. He joined the winemaking team at Casas del Bosque in 2017 and in 2023 was awarded “Young Winemaker of the Year” by the CAV. In addition to his tireless work at Casas del Bosque, Alberto owns a winery founded by his grandfather, in the Veneto region of Italy, producing a diverse array of mainly indigenous varieties including Prosecco.
Recognised internationally as one of the most prestigious wineries in the Casablanca Valley, Casas del Bosque have been repeatedly ranked as one of the best vineyards to visit in the world and welcome thousands of tourists every month to their award-winning estate and restaurants.
