Delicious, juicy, black fruit Eco-Farming Organic Syrah 2009, Chile. I took this home to have with shin of beef casserole, surrounded by friends and family. We all took in the aroma of this amazing red and the room fell silent. It was that good ! Definitely worth a try and great value at under £10.

 Wine made from 100% organically grown grapes, 85% Syrah and 15% Cabernet, hand-picked and cold-soaked for 24h prior to fermentation, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (14-16ºC). 5% of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels. It was bottled young to preserve its fresh and lively character.Fresh raspberry and floral aromas on the nose. Lots of fruit with a ripe and rounded texture, crisp acidity and long finish.  |
