Giovanni Allegrini's Recioto is a wine with a beautifully rounded sweetness combined with a well balanced weight of ripe red fruits.

The land holdings of the Allegrini family include some 70 hectares, which are divided among the townships of Fumane, Sant'Ambrogio and San Pietro in Cariano, and are all situated in the hillside area of the Valpolicella Classico.

Since the XVI century, the Allegrini family has carried out their agricultural activity at the rural Corte Giara.
Giovanni Allegrini, head of the latest generation, is considered an absolute protagonist of oenological history in this land, thanks to his competence and human qualities. The heredity of the company is today carried forward by Marilisa and Franco, with an ingeniousness and passion worthy of the unanimous approval of consumers and international critique.

The soul of Allegrini Farm production is respect for the identity of the raw material, a culture that permits the transferral of all the potential of the grapes in each of the wines produced. Thus, one perceives the richness of the three classical grapes of Recioto della Valpolicella Classico: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
