A rich, full bodied wine with flavours of honeydew melon and other tropical fruits.

Founded by winegrowers who have always loved their region, the Cantina di Custoza, a winegrowers' association established in 1968, fully expresses the potential of its members. from about 1000 hectares, located, for the most part, on the Moraine hills to the south of Lake Garda, they make a range of wines including this stunning Bianco di Custoza. Skilled work in the vineyards has been made even more successful by the modern technology introduced into the winery over the last few years.

Five grape varieries, Tocai Friulano, Garganega, Riesling Italico, Chardonnay and Trebbiano Toscano, are harvested from 15 to 20 year old vines in vineyards located in Sommacampagna in Custoza. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with partial malolatic fermentation. 90% of the wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks whilst the remaining 5% is aged for 5 months in 10hl barrels.

The result is a weighty white that's full of fruit, creamy smooth but with a terrific balancing acidity and hints of ripe, tropical fruit.
