Light, straw colour. Fine, elegant, clean and intense in aroma. Dry to taste with a pleasant green apple aftertaste. A lively and easy to drink white.

The Pinot Grigio grapes come from 5 to 20 year old vines that are west-southwest facing and 250 - 300 metres above sea level. The vines are planted on loose, alluvial soil. Planting density is 4,500 vines per hectare with a yield of 100 to 110 hectolitres per hectare.

The grapes are soft pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and is then aged for between 2 to 3 months in tank.
