Gently aromatic with spicy, floral and citrus notes. Crisp and delicate with lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.

"This smart white is a joyous, nutty, zesty pinot grigio. Most white wines made from this grape are so shy on flavour as to be indistinguishable from lemon flavoured water. Yet this almost water-white wine oozes with ripe, floral scents and closes on a fine, characterful apricotty finish.

It is made from gently pressed pinot grigio grapes, grown in the Pavia region in northeast Italy, that are fermented in temperature controlled starinless steel and bottled young to capture every little tongue-tingling drop of their low key but mouthwateringly vibrant fruit."
