Negroamaro
Negroamaro is chiefly grown in Puglia in the heel of Italy where it vies for space with the Primitivo. In the right hands, it produces wines of great intensity which can age really well.
Characteristics: Intensely fruity wines with good tannic grip.
Where is it found? Puglia (Apulia)
