This wine, from our old friends Martine and Philippe Pasquier-Meunier at Château Saint Louis, is their everyday drinking Corbières. Full of ripe Carignan meatiness married to Grenache gameyness. This wine almost tastes of the garrigues soil which makes up so much of the southern Languédoc.
