By crafting magnificent, world-class wines, even in so-called "difficult" vintages, they have demonstrated what the Languedoc is capable of and indeed serve as the region's locomotives."

Situated in the village of Fleury d'Aude, in the region known as La Clape, Château de la Negly has just over sixty acres under vine overlooking the Mediterranean, quite near to Narbonne. Owner Jean Paux-Rosset and his talented consultant oenologist Claude Gros, produce sublime, natural, unmanipulated wines from low yielding, super-ripe, hand-picked fruit.

La Brise Marine is a sumptuous, generous, vibrant blend of Bourboulenc (70%), Roussanne (20%) and 10% Marsanne. The Bourboulenc is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel and aged on its fine lees for six months whilst the Roussanne and Marsanne are vinified in barrique.

The result is vibrant and racy with a generous fruit nicely balanced with a fresh crispness and wonderful depth of character.
