I joined CPW in July 2004 after a career in IT and Financial Services, dealing with training and development. My last project was helping Friends Provident in Salisbury with their customer focus initiative - and that has proved invaluable here at CPW. The team here have been brilliant, sharing their knowledge with me and some of it is sticking! There is still so much to learn and so much great wine to try! I love dealing with customers in the shop and in telesales, and feel that I have built up excellent working relationships. It is very important that we put ourselves in the customer's shoes, and appreciate what is going on 'in their world' so that we can offer the best service possible, and to keep looking for improvements. I also recognise where I need help with my knowledge and am happy to ask, so that our customers have their questions answered quickly.

I enjoy working in a smaller organisation, with direct daily contact with two excellent bosses, Chris and John who make coming to work 'fun'. What more could you ask for?
