Ripe and tangy with a beautifully rounded fruit.

Rayun is one of a group of wineries in Chile to be marketed across the world by a company called Geo Wines who provide the wineries they look after with expert help and guidance throughout the winemaking process. It is they who suggested that Rayun pick the Chardonnay grapes mechanically during the night so that they come into the winery cool and fresh and they who prompted the winery to keep the finished wine for six months in stainless steel tanks that allows it to rest.

A medium-weighted Chardonnay with clean, fresh lines and a ripe and rounded fruit.
