The Tiers Vineyard Chardonnay is quite simply one of the finest Chardonnays we have ever tasted from anywhere in the New World. Originally an important constituent in Croser’s normal Piccadilly Chardonnay, this vineyard has unique geology situated on Calcsilicate rocks producing soils with a unique mineral and clay composition. It is a wine of extraordinary intensity and complexity, with ripe peaches and apricots dominating a vanillin backdrop and seamless acidity.

Petaluma is now a public company but Brian Croser is still very much at the wine-making helm and his rigorous standards are reflected throughout the range of wines that he makes.
