A duo-varietal blend with a little over 65% Shiraz from Riverina in the make up with the balance being Cabernet sourced from North-West Victoria. This is certainly a substantial wine but with very soft edges.

A classy, medium-bodied red with a crunchy blackcurrant and black cherry fruitiness. The nose is exotically spicy which combines well with the overall richness of the wine. The tannins anre soft and rounded giving the wine structure and the ability to accompany roasted red meats, game and richly sauced chicken.
