Made from selected parcels of old wines, Syrah, Grenache and Mouvedre. The wine is aged in oak barrels having been fermented for 3 weeks. The wine has an intense red colour. The bouquet is complex with hints of black fruits and liquorice with vanilla and roasted notes. The palate is powerful, rich and long in the mouth.

The Castell Pesilla vineyards are located in the Tet Valley to the west of Perpignan and are fanned by the predominant winds of the Tramontane and Marinade. Thes are parcels of old Roussillon vines.
